Team Spirit
Team Spirit is a program designed to empower youth to take an active role in promoting safe driving habits, preventing alcohol and other drug use and the impaired driving that accompanies such use.
Training conferences are held each year in Jefferson City and Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Almost 200 area high school students and their advisors complete the three-day high-energy training each summer.
